If you entered a tournament on PickleballTournaments where matches were being sent to DUPR and you had not created a DUPR account or not linked a current DUPR account, there is a strong chance (before July 2025) an unclaimed account with your match scores is waiting for you.

Tip: the unclaimed account would have been created using the email you used to create a pickleball.com account.

Here are steps to claiming your account using your Desktop.

Step 1:

Navigate to the DUPR homepage and click on the "Login" button. This is your first step towards claiming your existing account.

Step 2:

Once there, click on the "Claim Your Account" option, which you'll find situated just below the "Forgot Password" section.

Step 3:

In the provided search field, type in your name to locate your profile. Upon finding it, click on your profile and review the matches listed to ensure they accurately represent your playing history.

Step 4:

By selecting "This is me," you initiate the account claiming process. This step is designed to ensure that players can securely associate their profiles with their current login credentials.

Step 5:

You will now be asked to enter your full name and other pertinent account details. These are necessary to verify your identity and proceed with the account setup. After filling out the required fields, click "Continue" to move forward in the process.

Step 6:

The final step involves creating a secure password for your account. After entering your chosen password, click "Submit" to finalize the claim. You're now ready to explore the website and start recording matches.     

Here are steps to claiming your account using the DUPR App

Step 1: Start by clicking on the "Sign Up". This is the gateway to creating your personal DUPR account and accessing the wide range of features we offer.

Step 2: In the search bar, enter the name associated with the account you wish to claim. Once you find your name in the search results, click on your account. This step is crucial for identifying and selecting the correct profile that represents you within the DUPR system.

Step 3: On the profile page, you'll see an option to "Claim This Account" located at the top right corner. Clicking this signals your intent to take ownership of this profile, marking the beginning of the claim process.

Step 4: You will be prompted to enter your full name and account details. This information is vital for verifying your identity and ensuring that the account belongs to you. After filling in the required fields, click "Continue" to proceed with the account setup.

Step 5: The last step involves setting up a password for your account. Enter a secure password, then click "Create Account." Congratulations, you've successfully claimed your DUPR account! You can now log in to the DUPR app and start utilizing all the features available to manage your pickleball activity.
