Tournament Description
Daviess Community Hospital Foundation is proud to be hosting this amazing tourney to honor the memory of Doctor Suresh Lohano!!
ROUND ROBIN TOURNEY!
Singles, Doubles, Mixed and Featuring special youth divisions as well!
Skill levels (2.5 - 4.5) Youth Ages (8-11)(12-15)(16-18)
All Brackets will consist of round robin format with the top teams from each division entering a playoff bracket in which, the top 3 teams from each division will be rewarded medals.

In order to register for the youth divisions which is a $25 entry. Please contact Bill Dobson or James Tapley to get signed up for the youth events. ALL adult events must be registered online like normal.
Refund Policy
This is a benefit tourney. We thank you for participating and will do everything in our power to complete the events. We have a great team and have lights at the facility. IF play is unable to be completed there may be additional make up day/time. In the case where the event must be canceled and unable to be completed then we apologize and we thank you for the Donation to this wonderful cause.

This is an outdoor tourney with no indoor backup at this time.
