UPDATE: Due to hot weather and a very windy Saturday in the forecast, the schedule and events have been modified to a single-day event on Sunday, July 26th. Below is the updated schedule and events.

Mixed Doubles - Any Age - Any Skill Level

Men's Doubles - Any Age - Any Skill Level

Women's Doubles - Any Age - Any Skill Level

FORMAT

- Three guaranteed games

- Most divisions completed within 3 hours

Withdrawals received on or before July 18, 2026 will receive a full refund minus applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals after July 18, 2026 are not eligible for a refund unless a replacement team is found from the waitlist.

Tournament Director reserves the right to modify divisions, start times, and formats based on registration numbers and weather conditions.

In the event of rain, lightning, high winds, smoke, or unsafe temperatures, tournament staff may delay, suspend, modify, or reschedule play.

Players will be notified through PickleballBrackets text notifications and email updates.

No refund will be issued due to weather delays or schedule modifications.

Please bring water, snacks, sunscreen, hats, chairs, and shading umbrellas.

Health & Safety

Participants acknowledge that pickleball involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, dehydration, and other injuries.

Players are responsible for their own medical expenses and should ensure they are physically able to participate.

Emergency contact information is required during registration.

By registering, participants agree to release Golden Pickleball LLC, tournament staff, volunteers, and sponsors from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
