USA Pickleball (USAP) MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT
You must be a current USAP member with a Challenger or Championship level
The DUPR Rating System will be used for this tournament.
Your DUPR rating will be updated following the conclusion of our tournament.
This is a USAP Sanctioned Tier 3 Tournament. Every match will have a referee. All referees are credentialed and certified.
WOMENS, MENS AND MIXED DOUBLES EVENTS
All events will be round-robin for this tournament. Skill and age levels of 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5. Players are guaranteed 3 games. Please refer to the tournament event details for skill and age brackets.
Events with 3 teams will play a double round-robin, 2 of 3 to 11, win by 2. There will not be a medal playoff round.
Events with 4 teams will play a single round-robin, best 2 of 3 to 11, win by 2. There will be a single elimination medal playoff round.
Events with 5-7 teams will play a single round-robin, 1 game to 15, win by 2. There will be a single elimination medal playoff round.
Events with 8 teams or more will be split into pools and play a single round-robin, 1 game to 15, win by 2. The top 2 teams in each pool will qualify for the single elimination medal playoff round.
Brackets will not be combined, if there are less than 3 teams in an event, the event will be cancelled and player fees refunded.
The tournament director reserves the right to combine age brackets and/or skill levels if necessary to make a competitive event.
You can register 'up 0.50 points' in skill level, if desired. For example, if your DUPR is 3.0, you are eligible to play in the 3.0 skill level event or the 3.5 skill event. The one exception to the 0.50 point rule is that we will allow players with a DUPR of 2.0-2.49 to play at 3.0 to allow them to get some tournament experience.
You can register 'down' in age events.
Player ratings for events will be based on your DUPR rating. If you do not have a DUPR rating, we will use your rating per your profile on Pickleball Brackets.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration opens August 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) Arizona Time.
Final registration deadline (Received by) is October 27, 2026 at midnight
Player’s age is determined as of 12/31/2026
Minimum age of any player shall be 50.
You must be a USAP member at the Challenger or Championship level to compete it this tournament. YOUR USAP MEMBERSHIP MUST BE VALID THROUGH THE END OF THE TOURNAMENT
Players are encouraged to or set up, or 'claim' their DUPR account prior to registering and link it to your Pickleball Brackets profile.
Also, be sure you list your cell phone number in your profile as we will be using text messages to alert you when you are playing and what court you will be on.

CHECK IN
Please check in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. NOTE, your bracket may start 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. If there is an emergency and you will not make your check in time, please contact the Tournament Director at (970) 739-3905.
PLAYER FEES
Registration Fee - $60.00 (includes referee fee)
Event fee (each event entered) - $10.00
Pickleball Brackets Surcharge (will show on your receipt) - $5.00/event entered
Stripe will be used for collection of fees made by credit card. This is per Pickleball Brackets directive. You do not need to have a Stripe account to register/pay via your credit card.
CONFIRMATION
Your registration is not considered confirmed until both partners are completely registered and fees are paid. Both partners have 14 days to complete/pay their registration or they will be moved to the WAIT LIST.
An event will be considered filled when paid/completed registrations for that event reach established maximums.
