Dinkers Fall Brawl – Tournament Description

Get ready to compete at the Dinkers Fall Brawl, October 3rd & 4th at Dinkers Indoor Pickleball Club in Hillsborough, New Hampshire!

Join us for a full weekend of competitive pickleball, great people, and community. Whether you're stepping into tournament play for the first time or you're an experienced competitor looking for your next challenge, the Fall Brawl offers divisions designed for a wide range of skill levels.

Saturday, October 3rd – Men’s & Women’s Doubles

Advanced Beginners: 2.99 & Below

Low Intermediate: 3.0–3.49

High Intermediate: 3.5–3.99

Low Advanced: 4.0–4.49

Sunday, October 4th – Mixed Doubles

Advanced Beginners: 2.99 & Below

Low Intermediate: 3.0–3.49

High Intermediate: 3.5–3.99

Low Advanced: 4.0–4.49

This is a DUPR-rated event, and medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each bracket.

Not sure which division to enter? Players are always welcome to play up and challenge themselves, but should not play down below their appropriate skill level. If you're newer to competitive pickleball and still developing consistency, the Advanced Beginner division may be the right place to start.

Additional Information

Tournament Format:

Games will be played to 11 or 15 win by 2 depending on the # of teams and pools per bracket.

Events with 10 teams or fewer will be played in a straight round-robin format.

Events with 11 teams or more will begin with round-robin play, followed by a playoff bracket.

The top two or more teams from each pool will advance to the playoff round to compete for medals.

📊 Skill Level Ratings:

Players without an official rating may self-rate, within reason.

The Tournament Director: Peter Nickologianis reserves the right to adjust player placement to ensure fair and competitive play across all divisions.

🤝 Partner Registration Policy:

Players registering as a team for Doubles or Mixed Doubles must have both partners registered within 3 days of the first partner’s registration.

Teams that are not completed within this time-frame will be moved to the waiting list.

If the second partner registers later, the team will be reinstated into the event if space is still available.

🏟️ Facility & Equipment:

4 indoor pickleball courts.

Premium outdoor-style playing surface.

LED lighting for optimal visibility.

Official tournament ball: Franklin X-40.

Spectators Welcome.

Friends, family, and fans are encouraged to attend.

Designated viewing areas will be available throughout the facility.

Refund Policy

Refunds:

Players who withdraw from the tournament on or before September 18th, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $20 processing fee per event. No refunds will be issued after October 19th, 2026, for any reason, including but not limited to injury, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.

All approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the tournament and may take several weeks to complete.

Player Replacement / Substitutions:

A registered player may transfer their Registration fee to a replacement/substitute of similar skill level up until 48 hours prior to the event start time.

The original player is responsible for coordinating payment directly with their replacement.

Dinkers Indoor Pickleball Club will not facilitate or manage entry fee transfers between players.

All substitutions must be approved by the Tournament Director to ensure fair and balanced competition.
