****IMPORTANT LOTTERY INFO****

Every player should review their player profile on pickleball.com for accuracy before you attempt to register. The "self" rating is the responsibility of each player. Your rating will be compared to all public data for accuracy.

When a player enters the lottery no payment is due. Please link to your partner ASAP as ONLY completed teams will be invited from the lottery to register officially. Registration is not complete unless both players make their payments before 5/1. Any unpaid player will be pushed to the waiting list WITH their partner.

Phase 1 of the lottery will fill about 1/3 of the divisions - this for "current" Members of the Bainbridge History Museum and Bainbridge Island Pickleball as of 3/30/25 - there is a specific link and password that will be sent. (4/1/25 to 4/14/25 this site will be static and not updated)

Phase 2 of the lottery for the general public is scheduled for April 15th at 12 PM to April 18th at 11:59 PM. The lottery will happen immediately thereafter and within all the next 5 days. All invited players must complete their registration and both players must make their payment by 4/30 11:55pm

On 5/1, all unpaid teams are removed and a backfill process will run until 5/7 11:55pm

On 5/8 noon registration will revert to the traditional process used in previous years.

This is a skill/age tournament.

This tournament will be all round-robin with a shootout of the top THREE or FOUR teams (to be determined by time/number of players within the event) for gold, silver, & bronze medals (for a non-pool event). Winning teams are determined by:

1. Round-robin win/loss record

2. If two teams tied, head-to-head with those teams involved

3. If three or more teams tied, point differential of all games played.

No events are planned for 8 or more teams as we are utilizing "flexible age groups". This means the age groups are decided after registration aiming for the traditional breaks of 19+30+40+50+ (60+70+ on Wednesday and Thursday)

AUGUST 17, 2024 - ***NEW WOMEN'S DOUBLES 8-49 & 50+ (3/6/25 Men moved to Friday

Partner tip - If you are playing with a partner in a higher/lower skill or higher/lower age - please remember to register in the highest skill and lowest age.

Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service and refund any player at anytime.

Refunds are processed 72 hours after the request is received

Withdrawals before registration closes July 22, 2025 will incur a $15 admin fee.

Any refund after 7/22/25 will be at 50% (strictly enforced for 2025)

Weather Refund policy is up to 50%
