We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Below is our refund policy for the upcoming pickleball tournament:
Refund Eligibility: Players may request a refund up to 14 days prior to the start of the tournament.
Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full registration fee, minus a $10 administrative fee.
Requests After 14 Days: Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations or withdrawals made within 14 days of the tournament start date.
