REGISTRATION RULES
~Players may register for 1 event.
~Partner is NOT required at time of registration. However you will be moved to waitlist if your partner does not register within 3 days of your registration.
RATINGS
~ We are using DUPR as a registration requirement. There is no perfect rating system.
~ If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill, please contact the tournament director.
~ Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players registration.
DUPR rating can be inaccurate. If your DUPR is higher than the bracket you registered, we'll review and will reach out before moving any players to a different bracket.
WAITLIST and PARTNER CHANGE
~ If a bracket is full, please sign up for waitlist. We have some flexibility to expand limited brackets based on waitlist numbers.
~ Waitlisted teams that are complete will be added to the active roster once space becomes available or if a division is expanded.
~ If a player needs to change their partner due to injury or unexpected circumstances, they can do so up to 7 days prior to the start of the tournament. Players needing to change partners need to contact the tournament director.
