Welcome to the inaugural Stinky Dinkers Youth Pickleball Tournament benefiting Children's Health!

Join us for a fun, competitive day of indoor pickleball designed exclusively for youth athletes ages 8–18.

Whether you're playing your first tournament or competing for a medal, every player will enjoy a welcoming, family-friendly environment focused on sportsmanship, competition, and fun.

Play with Purpose: Stinky Dinkers is proud to host this event benefiting Children's Health. A portion of the proceeds from every registration will help support the outstanding work Children’s Health does for children and families throughout North Texas.

Each junior player must have their own free Pickleball.com account before registering.

Parents: Do not register your child using your own account. Create a child account first by selecting "I am creating an account for a child (age 16 and under)" during sign up, then register while impersonating your child.

✅ Early Bird (through Aug. 7): $65 (includes ONE event)

✅ Regular Registration (Aug. 8–21): $75 (includes ONE event)

✅ Late Registration (Aug. 22–29): $85 (includes ONE event)

➕ Additional events: $35 each

Tournament Format

• Round Robin Pool Play

• Championship Bracket

• Multiple Matches Guaranteed

Divisions will be organized by age and skill whenever possible. Tournament Directors reserve the right to combine divisions based on registration to provide the best competitive experience.

• Every participant must have their own Pickleball.com player profile. Parents registering players age 16 and under must first create a child account and then complete registration while logged in as that child.

Parent/Child Doubles Notice

• Because Parent/Child Doubles and Youth Doubles are expected to be played during the same morning session, players should register for either Youth Doubles or Parent/Child Doubles—not both.

• Beginner (DUPR under 3.5)

• Intermediate (3.5–3.99)

• Advanced (4.0+)

DUPR Q&A

• If you have a DUPR rating, please use it during registration though it is NOT a requirement. Players without a DUPR rating should self-rate as accurately as possible. Stinky Dinkers reserves the right to adjust divisions to ensure fair and competitive play.

• Outside food and drinks are permitted. Water will be available throughout the day.

• Parents and spectators are welcome.

• Official tournament schedule and start times will be published prior to the event.

Refund Policy

Players who withdraw on or before August 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time will receive a refund of tournament registration and event fees, less a $10 withdrawal fee and any non-refundable PickleballTournaments.com or payment-processing fees.

No refunds or credits will be issued after August 15, 2026, including for illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or the withdrawal of a doubles partner.

If Stinky Dinkers cancels the tournament, tournament registration and event fees collected by Stinky Dinkers will be refunded, less any platform or payment-processing fees that cannot be recovered.

Tournament Directors reserve the right to combine, divide, or adjust brackets by age, gender, and/or skill level based on registration numbers. The combination or adjustment of divisions does not constitute cancellation and is not grounds for a refund.

Approved doubles partner substitutions may be permitted at the Tournament Director’s discretion.

Parking Information

Parking Fee: No Fee

Free on-site surface parking is available in the shared Preston Towne Crossing shopping center parking lot. Please park in regular marked parking spaces near Ace Pickleball Club and follow any posted parking signs or venue instructions. No parking fee is expected for this venue.

Health & Safety

The safety and well-being of every participant is our highest priority. A stocked first aid kit will be available on site, and tournament staff will be prepared to respond to emergencies. Parents or legal guardians are expected to remain reachable throughout the event. In the event of a medical emergency, tournament staff will contact the parent or guardian immediately and, if necessary, summon emergency medical services. Players should stay hydrated, report any injury or illness to tournament staff immediately, and exhibit good sportsmanship at all times.

By participating, players and parents acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport with inherent risks. A signed Parent/Guardian Waiver and Medical Release is required for all participants.
