Celebrate the holiday season at one of Michigan's favorite indoor pickleball tournaments! Join players from across the Midwest for three days of exciting competition, festive fun, and great prizes at Bash Pickleball Club.

Tournament Format
Pool Play followed by Playoffs
Minimum of 4 guaranteed games
Top teams from each pool advance to a playoff bracket
Bronze Medal Match: 1 game to 15, win by 2
Gold Medal Match: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Formats may be adjusted based on registration numbers
DUPR Requirement
All players must have a DUPR account to participate
All match results will be submitted to DUPR
Players are responsible for ensuring their DUPR account is linked and active

Lifetime Ball ā 5.0 and Open divisions only
Registration Policies
Teams are considered fully registered once both partners have registered and paid.
If only one partner registers, the second partner must complete registration within 3 days.
Incomplete teams may be moved to the waitlist.
Waitlisted teams are not guaranteed entry until registration is complete.
Age & Skill Divisions
Players may play in a younger age division.
Players may not play below their skill level.
Tournament Management reserves the right to combine, split, or modify divisions as necessary.
Schedule Information
Brackets may begin as early as 8:00 AM and as late as 7:00 PM.
Players should plan to be available for the entire day of their event.
Start times will be released after registration closes.
Tournament Rules
USA Pickleball rules will govern all play unless otherwise stated.
Only USA Pickleball and UPA-A approved paddles are permitted.
Tournament Management reserves the right to modify formats, schedules, and divisions as needed.
Withdrawals & Refunds
Refund requests received by November 1, 2026 will receive a refund less a $15 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued after November 1, 2026.
Event fees become non-refundable after the withdrawal deadline.
Awards
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded in each division.
Medal matches will be played immediately following playoff rounds.
Additional Information
Brackets may be merged, split, or adjusted based on registration numbers.
Tournament formats and schedules are subject to change due to registrations, facility conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Players are encouraged to check in at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled match.
Food, beverages, and the Bash Pro Shop will be available throughout the event.
