Withdraw by Friday, December 4 (11:59 PM):
Full refund of your entry fee, minus any registration/processing fees charged by PickleballTournaments.com.
Withdraw December 5ā10:
50% refund, or a full credit toward a future Club 65 event (your choice).
Withdraw after December 10, or no-show:
No refund. Brackets and pools are set by then, and late withdrawals affect other teams' guaranteed games.
Injury or medical emergency:
If you or your partner can't play because of an injury or illness, contact us before your first match. You'll get a full credit toward a future Club 65 event, no matter the date.
Partner changes:
You can swap partners at no charge until December 10, as long as the new partner fits the division's skill level. Just email us the new partner's name.
If Club 65 cancels or reschedules:
If we have to cancel a division (for example, not enough teams), you'll get a full refund or can move to another division. If we reschedule, you can take a full refund if you can't make the new date.
