- Wednesday, January 20th: Mixed Seniors (50+, 60+)
- Thursday, January 21st: Gendered Seniors (50+, 60+)
- Friday, January 22nd: Men's Singles (50+)/ Women's Singles (50+) / Men's Singles/ Women's Singles / Juniors Doubles / Juniors Scramble
- Saturday, January 23rd: Mixed Doubles (3.0 to Open Divisions) & Gendered Doubles (3.0)
- Sunday, January 24th: Women’s Doubles / Men’s Doubles (3.5 to Open Divisons)

COMPLIMENTARY LIMITED EDITION TOURNAMENT SHIRT:

- If you are moved to the waitlist within 72 hours after early registration closes, you will not be eligible for - the shirt.
- Please note: This offer is limited to one shirt per player, even if entering multiple divisions.
MATCH GUARANTEE & BRACKETS
• Guarantee of Minimum three (3) games per team per event.
• Events will be played using round-robin brackets, pool play or double elimination, followed by medal brackets and/or medal matches.
• Tournament management reserves the right to combine brackets as needed to create playable divisions.
• If brackets are combined, medals will be awarded based on the original registered division.
RATINGS (DUPR):
• DUPR ratings will be used for all events
• All matches will be reported to DUPR
• It is each player’s responsibility to verify match scores promptly.
• After registration closes, all player ratings will be reviewed.
• DUPR eligibility is locked at time of registration.
• Tournament Director reserves the right to move players up or down as deemed appropriate for extreme circumstances.
DUPR LEVEL DIVISION LIMIT RANGES:
• Qualification for an event is restricted by the max DUPR range.
• Examples:
• Men's 3.0 - DUPR 3.499 and below
• Men's 3.5 - DUPR 3.999 and below.
PARTNER POLICY
• Players may register with a partner or select “Need a Partner.”
• Selected partner must register within three (3) days of first player’s registration.
• Failure to do so will result in waitlist placement.
• Once the partner registers, the team moves to active list if space available.
• Registration not guaranteed until both players registered and fees paid.
• Selecting “Need a Partner” does not guarantee tournament will find a partner.
• Players without partners must withdraw per tournament refund policy.
