EVENT FORMAT

4-5 Teams in the event- Will play a round robin with games to 15, win by 2

6-8 Teams in the event- Double elimination. Winners brackets play best 2 games out of 3, win by 2. Losers brackets will play one game to 15, win by 2. Loser brackets will be able to play in the Gold medal match.

1-3 Teams in the event- Combined with a similar event with a similar rating.

All proceeds will benefit the Battle River Lending Place Society, a not-for-profit organization, providing FREE access to mobility equipment, and medical equipment, serving Camrose and surrounding communities.

No refunds for withdrawals from the tournament after May 18th 2025. Any withdrawals prior the 18th will get a full refund minus a $10 administration fee.
