DATES & DIVISIONS
- Saturday - Men's and Women's Doubles (Morning-Evening)
- Sunday - Mixed Doubles (Morning-Evening)
- Brackets may be combined, pending total registrations.
- Official start times released following registration close.
PRIZE MONEY
1st place teams win prize money in each division (minimum 6 teams per division required).
If a division has fewer than 6 teams, prize money will be adjusted.

FORMAT
- Round robin pool play followed by playoffs (specific format based on number of entries per division).
- Minimum of 3 matches guaranteed per team.
- Round robin matches: single game to 11, win by 2.
- Playoff rounds: single game to 15, win by 2 (may adjust to single game to 11 depending on time constraints).
- Finals and 3rd place matches: best 2 of 3 to 11, win by 2.
POTENTIAL BRACKET FORMATS
- 1-2 Teams: Combined with the closest appropriate division.
- 3 Teams: Double round robin. Top 2 teams by record advance directly to the finals. No 3rd place match.
- 4-5 Teams: Round robin, then finals and a 3rd place match.
- 6-12 Teams: Round robin pool play, followed by playoffs, then finals and a 3rd place match.
Divisions are capped at 12 teams. Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust event or match formats before or during the tournament, especially due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
ENTRY DETAILS
- Early Registration Aug 12 - Sept 12: $60 registration, $10 per event fee.
- Standard Registration Sept 13 - Nov 11: $70 registration, $10 per event fee.
- Registration Window: Opens Aug 12, closes Nov 11 at 11:55pm.
- Division cap: 12 teams per division, with additional spots opened based on interest and court capacity.
EQUIPMENT
- Nets: Permanent and semi-permanent nets on Pickleball Courts 1–10.
APPROVED PADDLES
Players may use paddles approved on the USA Pickleball Approved Paddle List:

Players with a de-laminated paddle, or a paddle whose surface has been altered (intentionally or unintentionally), will not be allowed to play. Players are responsible for checking their own paddles before play.

All friends and family are welcome to watch the event for free from outside of the courts.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Please check-in 30-60 minutes before your scheduled start time.
- Use any open court for warm-up prior to games.
- Medals and prize money awarded for top finishers in each division.
This will be a DUPR recorded tournament.
