Registration is $45 and includes a T-shirt with Early Registration.

Waiver - Before completing your registration, please make sure you read the tournament waiver. By registering for the tournament, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in the waiver.

Please take note that the allocated play day and start times are tentative and brackets may be consolidated, divided, or cancelled based on registrations. Formats may be modified at the discretion of the tournament director.

We will offer Any age and 50+ Divisions, all scores will be uploaded to DUPR.

DUPR rating at time of registration will be used.

Round Robin with medal Rounds.

The tournament reserves the right to adjust player or team placement if participants are registered in a division that does not accurately reflect their skill level.

A non-refundable Pickleball.com software fee will apply to all registrations:

• $5 for one event

• $10 for two or more events

Refund Policy:

• From first day of registration through September 22nd (final day of registration), refunds will be issued minus a 20% of the total payment.

• No refunds will be given for withdrawals after registration closes—no exceptions.

All refunds will be processed the day after the tournament concludes.

Please Note: This is an indoor event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to a power outage or other circumstances beyond the control of the club or tournament director, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
