Metro Health Super Seniors 2025 at Pictona

Welcome to the MetroHealth Super Seniors Tournament at Pictona to be held May 2-4. This is our fifth year for this event. The Super Seniors tournament will have competition for women’s doubles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles. We will have 7 age divisions beginning with 50+ playing in 4 skill classifications: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+. We welcomed approximately 500 seniors to this event in 2023 and 2024. You told us you like the venue and the round robin format with a playoff. We have 49 courts, a championship court, and a new Education Center. It’s one of the finest dedicated pickleball facilities in the country. We invite you to a fun tournament enjoying all the amenities of Pictona.

Paddle Policy: Only USA Pickleball Approved Paddles Allowed In Tournament.

Tournament Facts

Dates: May 2-4, 2025

Location: Pictona at Holly Hill, Florida

Divisions: Men, Women, and Mixed

Age categories: 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, and 80+

Skill levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+

Format: Round robin with playoff in all brackets

Women play Friday May 2, Mixed Saturday May 3, and Men Sunday May 4

Tournament fee: $75 per person registration and $15 per event

Each player must register and pay registration and event fees.

Medals: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each category

When using Players Needing Partners feature, players are responsible for contacting other players for finding partners.

When registering for the tournament players will need to have a DUPR account connected to their Pickleball Brackets/Pickleball Tournaments/Pickleball.com account.

For players registering without a DUPR rating, your self rating from your Pickleball/Pickleball Tournaments/Pickleball Brackets profile will be used to determine which skill level you will be eligible to register to play in.

If you do not have a value for Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Singles in your profile, you will need to edit your profile to add values for each of these categories before the registration software will allow you to register.

To edit your profile:

* Log into Pickleball.com/Pickleball Tournaments (uses same password as Pickleball Brackets)

* Your first name will appear in the upper right of the page

* Click on your name

* On the drop down menu, click on "My Profile"

* A new window will open, click on "Edit Profile"

* In your profile, locate the fields for Self Rating for Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Singles. Fill in the appropriate values.

* Click "Save" at the top of the screen.

Food and Beverage Policy

Bottle fillers and water fountains are located throughout the Pictona Campus. Water and sports drinks are the only beverages permitted to be brought into Pictona and players may bring fruit and energy bars into the facility. We request no other drinks or food be brought into Pictona. The Depot (our concession stand) and The Kitchen (our restaurant) provide an appealing selection of items at reasonable prices. The purchase of food and beverages is a vital part of supporting the costs to operate the not-for-profit Pictona.

Pet Policy

In accordance with the city of Holly Hill’s ordinance, no pets are allowed on the Pictona campus. We welcome the presence of service animals assisting people with disabilities. A service animal is an animal that is individually trained to do a specific disability-related job or task for a person with a disablility. Pets or other animals (whether or not they provide comfort or emotional support) are not allowed on-site.

We have 400 parking spaces surrounding the Pictona Campus and an additional 400 spaces within 100 yards.

Refund Policy

Withdraw from the tournament for any reason before April 25, 2025 and we’ll refund your money less a $25 service fee. Refunds will be processed at completion of tournament.

No refunds when cancelling after April 25, 2025.

Prior to April 25, 2025, players may seek to transfer the registration to another person. A $5/event transfer fee must be paid to cover the non refundable software service fee from Pickleball Brackets.
