🎯 TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Round robin → top 4 teams advance to single elimination playoffs
Match format:
Round robin and pre-medal matches: first to 15, win by 2
Medal matches: best of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Format may be adjusted based on registration numbers.

Players are advised to register for one event per day for a total of 3 events . If you want to register for more than one event in a single day, please email the tournament director.

This is a DUPR-rated tournament and all matches will be reported to DUPR.
DUPR ratings will be used for registration placement
Players without a rating must self-rate

Tournament director may adjust divisions for competitive balance

💰 REGISTRATION & FEES
Early Bird (Jun 22 – Jul 19)
$25 registration + $15 per event
Standard (Jul 20 – Aug 16)
$40 registration + $15 per event
Late (Aug 17 – Aug 26)
$55 registration + $15 per event
Registration is not complete until BOTH partners are registered and paid.
Unpaid entries may be moved to waitlist if divisions fill.

🏅 MEDALS
Top 3 teams in each division receive medals 🥇🥈🥉
If divisions are combined, one set of medals will be awarded for the combined bracket.

ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Start times will be posted before the tournament.
USAP Certified referees provided when available, with priority for medal matches.
Paddles must be USAP or UPA-A approved.
High registration volume expected – early registration recommended to secure your spot.
