🎾 EVENT SCHEDULE
• Wednesday: Open House – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: Senior Men's & Women's Doubles
• Friday: Singles
• Saturday: Men’s & Women’s Doubles
• Sunday: Mixed Doubles
Players may register for up to 1 event per day (4 events maximum).
🏠 WEDNESDAY OPEN HOUSE & WELCOME EVENT
Players competing in the tournament are invited to join us Wednesday evening for a free Open House and Welcome Event before tournament play begins.
Come early, get familiar with the LevelUp facility, and warm up with free open play. We’ll also have happy hour drinks and food available as we welcome players to the tournament.

🎫 USA PICKLEBALL MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
To participate in a Golden Ticket tournament, you must be a Challenger or Champion USA Pickleball member.
If you are not currently a member, you can sign up through USA Pickleball before registering.

📊 DUPR RATINGS & DIVISION STRUCTURE
This is a DUPR-rated tournament. All matches will be reported to DUPR.
DUPR ratings are used for division eligibility and placement. To promote competitive fairness, applicable doubles divisions use combined team DUPR minimums in addition to individual division caps.
We have increased the combined team DUPR minimum by 0.3 for each applicable division compared with our previous events as part of our continued efforts to improve competitive balance.
DOUBLES DIVISION REQUIREMENTS
• 3.0 – Individual DUPR Max 3.49
• 3.5 – Individual DUPR Max 3.99 • Team Min 6.3
• 4.0 – Individual DUPR Max 4.49 • Team Min 7.3
• 4.5 – Individual DUPR Max 4.99 • Team Min 8.3
• 5.0+ – No Individual Max • Team Min 9.3
Tournament Director reserves the right to review teams for eligibility in cases involving rating reliability, incomplete DUPR history, or obvious misalignment with the intended division level.
🔄 DIVISION CONSOLIDATION
Divisions may be combined when registration numbers are insufficient to support a competitive standalone bracket.
Age divisions will be considered for consolidation first, beginning with 50–64 and 65+. Other age divisions may also be combined if necessary.
Skill divisions will only be merged as a last resort.
Golden Ticket eligibility remains tied to each original division. If divisions are combined, a Golden Ticket will still be awarded to the qualifying winner of each original Golden Ticket division, subject to USA Pickleball requirements.
If divisions are combined, one set of medals will be awarded for the merged bracket.

🎯 TOURNAMENT FORMAT
• Round robin → top 4 advance to playoffs
• Pre-medal matches: first to 15, win by 2
• Medal matches: best of 3 games to 11, win by 2
Format may be adjusted based on registration numbers.

💰 REGISTRATION & FEES
Early Bird (Sep 24 – Oct 7)
• $25 registration + $15 per event
Standard (Oct 8 – Oct 28)
• $50 registration + $15 per event
Late (Oct 29 – Nov 6)
• $75 registration + $15 per event
Registration is not complete until BOTH partners are registered and paid. Unpaid entries may be moved to the waitlist if divisions fill.
