🏓 TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Format: Round Robin Pool Play + Bracket Play
Match Style: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2 (all matches)
Each division runs up to 4 pools, with max 6 teams and min 4 teams per pool.
How it flows:
Round 1 — Pool Play: Round-robin within your pool
Round 2 — Semifinals: Top seeds advance
Round 3 — Gold & Bronze Medal Matches
All bracket matches are played the same day.
Game guarantees by pool size
👥 7 & 8 Team Divisions
8 Teams: 14-game guarantee — 21 games max
7 Teams: 12-game guarantee — 18 games max
Each team plays every other team in their pool once in full matches (best 2 of 3 to 11, win by 2). After pool play, the top 4 seeds advance to semifinals:
#1 Seed vs #4 Seed
#2 Seed vs #3 Seed
Semifinal winners play for Gold; losers play for Bronze.
👥 5 & 6 Team Divisions
6 Teams: 10-game guarantee — 15 games max
5 Teams: 8-game guarantee — 12 games max
Each team competes in a full round robin, then the top 4 seeds advance to semifinals (same #1v#4, #2v#3 structure), followed by Gold and Bronze medal matches.
👥 4 Team Divisions
4 Teams: 10-game guarantee — 18 games max — single round robin
Each team plays the other 3 once. All 4 teams are then seeded 1–4 and advance to semifinals (#1v#4, #2v#3), followed by Gold and Bronze medal matches.
📝 REGISTRATION
Registration is completed through PickleballTournaments.com.
Each player must register and pay individually. Players are responsible for finding their own partner.
The registration fee is separate from event fees and grants entry into the tournament.
Fees increase as the tournament date approaches — pricing rises in phases, so register early to lock in the lowest rate.
All players must pay their own fees — one player cannot cover both partners.
Registrations are non-transferable.
A $5 processing fee applies to all registrations.
📅 SCHEDULE & DIVISIONS
Your event date and start time are listed on your tournament division/event card. Please review them carefully, as they are pre-scheduled. If any changes are made, all players in the division will be notified promptly.
⚖️ TOURNAMENT ADMINISTRATION
Admins may merge divisions by age or skill without notice.
All tournaments use round-robin formats.
All divisions receive guaranteed games.
🔁 SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Registrations are non-transferable — you cannot directly transfer your spot to another player.
All substitutions must follow the official process.
The substitute pays only the required administrative/system fees — not the full tournament price.
All substitution requests must go through the Tournament Director.
