Prescott South Softball's second annual Winter Paddle Battle tournament! Come and play in this round robin tournament that will determine the winner for each division. Game length in the round robin will be determined by the size of the pool, but all players are guaranteed at least 4 games to 11 win by 2 in pool play. To make sure everyone gets the most play, we’ll be reviewing brackets and adjusting round robins as needed (once registration closes). Our goal is to maximize matches and competition while keeping things fun and fair for all players!

- The tournament registration fee is $55, which will include up to two events with no additional charge. In other words... your second event is FREE! Please note - Pickleball Brackets charges a $5 service fee per event.

- Gender doubles will be played on the evening of Friday, January 31st and all-day on Saturday, February 1st. Mixed doubles will begin mid-morning of Sunday, February 2nd. Please see the events page to know what day your division will be playing. An email will be sent out with more information and specific game times leading up to the tournament and provide you with more match day information.

- Age divisions are currently set, but based on demand Tournament director reserves the right to combine or divide and create new age divisions.

- We will be using yellow Franklin X-26 indoor balls.

** PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY **

Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a waitlist if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams.

** PARTNER REPLACEMENT POLICY **

After registration is closed, any registered player losing a partner must replace that partner with an already registered player. The replacement partner must be in the same skill/age group that you are scheduled to play. Players can play down in age and up in skill. Replacements need to be known and communicated to the registration contact 48 hours before you are scheduled to play. Replacements can be found on the players needing partners list.

Must register by January 14th at 5pm to receive a tournament t-shirt.

Please make sure your phone number is listed in your profile, as we will use text messages as a form of "play communication" (i.e., letting you know your next game is up, what court to go to, etc) on the day of the tournament. If there is difficulty with phone service or wifi on the day of the tournament, we encourage all participants to contact the tournament booth to see whether their next match is in the queue or if they are playing. We are using Pickleball Brackets for the first time this year, so it will be learning process for all!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Partial refunds may be issued if you withdraw before/on January 13th, 2025. There will be no refunds issued after this date. Tournament director will be in contact regarding refunds.

We are an indoor facility and do not expect any possibility of weather impeding our play. However, in case of extreme weather conditions, we will reschedule the Winter Paddle Battle tournament to February 7th-9th, 2025.
