The Alabama Recreation and Parks Association support and promote the recreation and park agencies within the state of Alabama while encouraging healthy lifestyles for Alabama citizens. The 2026 ARPA State Pickleball Championships will be played at the Dothan Pickleball Complex. This state-of-the-art destination features 25 brand-new covered courts, all lighted for day and evening play.
REGISTRATION FEE is $60 PER TEAM ($30 per player). Each player must register individually.
All players must be residents of Alabama to participate in the tournament.
Unified Therapeutics will be played Saturday Sept 19th.
There will be three divisions. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
To help determine your level we recommend a serve consistency test.
ADVANCED: 9+ successful serves out of 10 attempts
INTERMEDIATE: 5-8 successful serves out of 10 attempts
BEGINNER: 0-5 successful serves out of 10 attempts
Matches may begin as early as 8:00 each day. Exact start times will be sent out on Tuesday morning the week of the event. Tournament directors are not able to tell players when specific brackets will be played before registration is closed.
