Upon arrival you will proceed with check-in and also receive a goody bag, tournament schedule and any additional information needed.

Qualified referees will be on site and ensure a fair play and resolve any disputes that may rise during the tournament.

Weather update- We are closely watching the weather for this weekend and we are still planning on playing. We will try to let you know of any changes by 6:00 PM the night before. Graywood Golf and Racquet Club are outdoor events. If weather or other unforeseen circumstances occurs we will do all we can to play matches. Every situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine how to move forward.

We understand the safety aspects of pickleball and we do what we can for you. There will be a first aid assistance with medical supplies and medical care.
