Beloved Roots Ranch aims to be a haven of healing and restoration for U.S. military veterans, offering them a place to heal from physical, mental, and emotional challenges using the ranch and resources to provide a sanctuary of rest, reflection, and restoration, empowering individuals to reclaim their well-being. Through activities aimed at personal healing, they are better equipped to reintegrate into society and continue serving others with strength and purpose.

The Tournament will be played at the Pickleball Playground, a beautiful facility with indoor and outdoor courts. This event will be using the 10 indoor courts.

The schedule is as follows:

Saturday November 8th - Men's & Women's Doubles

Sunday November 9th - Mixed Doubles

Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately 3-5 days prior to the event.

The registration fee is $70 for adults and includes 2 events. Early Bird registration is $60 thru Sept 21st . Last day to register and be guaranteed a FREE tournament Shirt is October 26th, 11:55pm.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original bracket a player signed up for. Tournament management also reserves the right to convert brackets to double elimination if necessary.

Skills levels include 2.5 ,3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+.

Age groups are 34 and under, 35-49, 50+, 60+, 70+

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.

RATINGS

- DUPR ratings will be used.

- Tournament Director reserves the right to move a player to a higher/lower level at their discretion.

You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". Your partner must register within five days of your registration or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

Pickleball Playground adheres to the guidelines set forth in the USA Pickleball Rulebook. All gameplay, officiating, and judgment decisions during our event are based on these rules to ensure consistency and fairness for all players.

We encourage all participants to familiarize themselves with the USA Pickleball Rulebook to understand the standards and expectations that govern our games. Withdrawal deadline is October 19th at midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on ??? for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After October 20th, there are no refunds for any reason unless a player has purchased weather and injury tournament insurance. This is an indoor tournament. Weather and Tournament Insurance covers a player if the tournament is canceled due to weather or if a player or a player's partner must withdraw due to injury. Documentation might be required. Additionally, player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.
