The 1st Annual Wolf Pack Open Tournament will be an OUTDOOR Round Robin tournament on 14 courts at Wolf Pack Park in Reeds Spring, MO! Guaranteed at least 4 games per player!

Cost is $50 for registration which includes both days! Please note that the website charges an additional nonrefundable service fee of $5 for 1 event or $10 for 2 events.

Brackets will be separated by age and then skill. You may play DOWN in age or UP in skill at your discretion. Be sure to register for your desired skill/age bracket.

This tournament will use DUPR ratings for placement. Please make sure to link your DUPR account to your PBB account. If you do not have a DUPR rating, then it will use your PBB rating or your self rating. If you do not know what skill level to register for, please seek the advice of experienced players and/or the Tournament Director.

Planned Age Divisions: 12+, 50+, 60+, 70+

Planned Skill Divisions:

2.5-2.99 (beginner/recreational)

3.0-3.49 (novice)

3.5-3.99 (intermediate)

4.0-4.49 (adv intermediate)

4.5-4.99 (advanced)

5.0+ (high advanced)

We will plan to start each day at 8:30am with the remaining brackets to follow.

Brackets generally would need to have a minimum of 5 teams or else they will be combined with similar skill levels. Some brackets may be combined due to # of registrations at the discretion of the TD.

Please note that there will be a registration "Service Fee" charged for each registration (Normally $5.00 for 1 event or $10.00 for 2+ events). This is a non-refundable fee charged by the website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Withdrawals made before the registration deadline of May 25, 2025, will receive a full refund, less the nonrefundable website service fees. No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the cancellation deadline.

Inclement Weather:

This is an outdoor tournament in the Missouri Ozarks, so please plan accordingly. In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to play the games on their scheduled days, however, adjustments to start times and dates may be necessary, and no refunds will be given once an event has begun. If an entire event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather, attendees will be given the choice to either donate their registration costs to our charity efforts or request a refund for that event (not including registration fees or other event fees).
