The 2026 Atlantic Pickleball Championships are open to all residents 16 and above from the Atlantic Provinces. You must be a Member of Pickleball Canada to participate. This is a sanctioned event, meaning all games will count towards your DUPR rating ( Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) and will be played in accordance of the official rules of pickleball.
If this is the first time you will participate in a tournament which uses Pickleballtournaments.com, you will need to create a player profile in pickleball.com, which includes a rating. You must have a DUPR account and it must be connected to your pickleball.com profile.
To create a DUPR account and connect it to your player profile go to:

4. click connect
5. Connect My DUPR
6. a new window will open which will ask you to login to DUPR account
7. complete
You must also connect your pickleball Canada membership number to your pickleball.com profile.

Age limits are based upon the players age as of Dec. 31, 2026.
Registration opens Sunday, March 1st at 8:00 am Atlantic time. Cost per person is $60 to enter + $25 per event per person.
Your registration is not secured until both players have registered and have paid individually.
Format:
Round robin with a single elimination playoff with bronze medal match.
Schedule:
June 19: women's singles, men's doubles
June 20: men's singles, women's doubles
June 21: mixed doubles
The tournament reserves the right to combine age and/or skill levels based on registration numbers.
Older Athletes may play down in age brackets. Younger athletes may NOT play up in age brackets.
Your category for this event is based on your DUPR rating on the day you register.
At the time of registration opening all brackets are set at 8 but with unlimited numbers in the waitlist. The popular events will have their bracket numbers increased so do not worry if you initially find yourself on a waitlist.
At least one player must be at the level of the bracket you are registering to play.
Minimum of 3 games guaranteed for all events
