Format:

Play-off format depends on the size of bracket. Example: Top 2 teams from each pool play a semi and final. Points will be decided by the tournament director based on amount of time in the schedule. Our main focus is maintaining an efficient event.

All round robins will guarantee between 60 and 90 total points. ex. A pool of 6 teams will play 1 set to 15, (75 points) A pool of 8 teams will play 1 set to 11, (77 points)

Playoffs (Example* May change depending on number of registrants):

Quarterfinal - 1 game to 15 points win by 2

Semi-Finals - 1 game to 15 points win by 2

Bronze Medal - 1 game to 15 points by 2

Gold Medal - Best of 3 to 11 win by 2

*The tournament director reserves the right to add, combine, modify, or cancel skill levels/events pending registration numbers*

-Entry Fee: $54.95 per player which includes one event and a Tournament Entry Package (T-Shirt + Ball)

-Second Event entry fee $39.95

Bracket Clarifications

2.5 bracket will include players up to a rating of 2.99

3.0 bracket will include players up to a rating of 3.49

3.5 bracket will include players up to a rating of 3.99

4.0 bracket will include players up to a rating of 4.49

**In the past we have allowed teams to play +/- 0.5 of their current rating. Moving forward not be allowed to play in lower rating brackets (this includes if one partner is the correct rating and one is not). Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of the tournament director.

All refunds prior to March 30th, 2025 are subject to a $15 administration fee.

After March 30th, 2025 refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances.
