This is the longest-running junior pickleball tournament in the Midwest, and year after year, it brings together a community defined by energy, sportsmanship, and the shared pursuit of getting better.</p>
<p>Whether you’re picking up a paddle for your first competitive experience or pushing toward the pro scene, this event meets you where you are—and challenges you to go further.</p>
<h3>What makes this tournament different?</h3>
<p>It’s built for real competition and real development. All matches follow a <strong>round robin format with playoffs</strong>, guaranteeing meaningful play and the chance to adapt, improve, and compete under pressure. Matches are officiated by <strong>professional referees</strong>, and all play adheres to <strong>USA Pickleball rules</strong>, ensuring a high-quality, fair, and structured environment.</p>
<p>We welcome players across all skill levels. Athletes may <strong>play up in age divisions</strong>, and brackets may be <strong>combined or formatted as coed</strong> based on registration—because great competition matters more than rigid categories.</p>
<h3>New for 2026: Junior Open Singles – “Moneyball” Event</h3>

<p>Ready to test yourself against the fiercest singles competition? This open-format event is available to <strong>any player 18 and under, at any skill level</strong>. Step onto the court and see what you’re capable of. Must have a minimum of 10 teams for the posted prize money.</p>

<li><strong>Silver:</strong> $150</li>
<li><strong>Bronze:</strong> $75</li>
</ul>

<p>We’re also proud to partner with <strong>Paddletek</strong>, the official paddle of the Midwest Juniors Open. All paddles used in competition must be on the <strong>USA Pickleball approved equipment list</strong>.</p>
