All events will have qualifying games in round robin format with playoffs for medal matches.
NOTE: The event has fixed time to leave the venue. If time is an issue then the Tournament Director reserves the right to change this.
Referees will be scheduled for all Gold medal matches. If possible, some Bronze medal matches may have a referee, but no guarantees.
To enter, participants must be a current member of an organisation affiliated with Pickleball Australia, and register for their participation on the Pickleball Brackets software platform.
PLEASE NOTE
Skill Levels: You must sign up at the skill level of the higher-rated doubles partner. Age: You must sign up for age level of the younger doubles partner.
Skills divisions are based on PB Brackets classifications in the following order: PAA PB rating, PB Brackets rating, then self-rating.
The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level and/or age brackets/events.
Age limit deadline will be as of 31 December 2025.
IMAGES TAKEN AT THE TOURNAMENT
It is a condition of entry that all attendees understand that they may be photographed or filmed at the event and that these images may be stored and used by PAA, PAQ or our sponsors on websites, social media and other purposes without explicit permission or payment.
The courts are close together and cannot accommodate wheelchair
pickleball players.
VOLUNTEERS
If you have a partner or friend attending the tournament with you, or if you are not playing in an event, you or they may have some time available to help out as a Volunteer. SOCIAL GATHERING
There will be a social gathering on Saturday evening, 7:00 PM, at one of our local Noosa fully-licensed establishments. More information will be provided later.
