Texas Pickleball is back with our biggest event yet — two full days of tournament action headlined by the Moneyball division, where your game pays off, literally. Grab a partner, bring your A game, and battle it out on our professional grade indoor courts for cash prizes, medals, and bragging rights.

Chase the $1500 Moneyball top purse, or compete in one of our three divisions — 50+, Ladies', or Men's. There's a bracket for everyone.

🏓 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Round Robin Pool Play + single elimination Bracket Play. Teams are placed into pools of 4–6. The number of pools scales with how many teams register, and the top seeds from pool play advance to the bracket.

How it flows:

• Round 1 — Pool Play: round robin within your pool

• Round 2 — Semifinals: top seeds advance

• Round 3 — Gold & Bronze Medal Matches

All bracket matches are played the same day as your division.

Game guarantees by pool size:

👥 8 Teams: 7 game guarantee —

👥 7 Teams: 6 game guarantee —

After pool play, the top 4 seeds advance to the semifinals (#1 v #4, #2 v #3); winners play for Gold, losers for Bronze. In larger divisions (such as the 50 team Moneyball), multiple pools feed a larger bracket — final bracket size and advancement are set by the number of pools.

Registration is completed through PickleballTournaments.com.

Each player must register and pay individually. Players are responsible for finding their own partner.

The registration fee is separate from event fees and grants entry into the tournament.

Fees increase as the tournament date approaches — pricing rises in phases, so register early to lock in the lowest rate.

All players must pay their own fees — one player cannot cover both partners.

Registrations are non-transferable.

A $5 processing fee applies to all registrations.

📅 SCHEDULE & DIVISIONS

Your event date and start time are listed on your tournament division/event card. Please review them carefully, as they are pre-scheduled. If any changes are made, all players in the division will be notified promptly.

⚖️ TOURNAMENT ADMINISTRATION

Admins may merge divisions by age or skill without notice.

All tournaments use round-robin formats.

All divisions receive guaranteed games.

🔁 SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Registrations are non-transferable — you cannot directly transfer your spot to another player.

All substitutions must follow the official process.

The substitute pays only the required administrative/system fees — not the full tournament price.

All substitution requests must go through the Tournament Director.

Refund Policy

💵 REFUND POLICY

Standard Refunds: Players who withdraw before Sep 20 , 2026 receive the amount paid minus a $5 service fee and a $15 administrative fee.

Example: Paid $75 → Refund = $50
