2nd Annual Epoch Summer Slam – July 11 & 12th, 2026

Get ready for an exciting weekend of competition at the Epoch Summer Slam, hosted at Epoch Pickleball in San Antonio! This indoor tournament guarantees a great playing environment rain or shine, with competitive matches and a vibrant community atmosphere.

July 11th & 12th, 2026

Start Times:

All divisions will begin at 3:00 PM or later on both Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12. Specific start times for each division will be finalized and communicated after registration closes based on the number of teams in each bracket.

Please keep in mind that the tournament information and official start times will be sent via email. The schedule provided here is tentative and is subject to change.

Divisions:

We’re offering eight competitive divisions so players of all levels can participate:

• 2.75 – 3.25 Men’s, Women's & Mixed Doubles (All Ages)

• 3.25 – 3.75 Men’s, Women's & Mixed Doubles (All Ages)

• 3.75 – 4.25 Men’s, Women's & Mixed Doubles (All Ages)

Once registration closes, we’ll review team registrations and ages. If enough teams are registered within specific age groups, divisions may be separated by age to create a more balanced competitive experience.

Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.

Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund based on individual situation, subject to approval.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits.

•All play takes place on indoor, climate-controlled courts, protecting players from extreme weather and outdoor elements.

•Courts, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.

•First aid supplies are available on-site; please report any injuries or safety concerns to staff immediately.

•Players are encouraged to stay hydrated—water is available, and drinks can be purchased in the Pro Shop.

•If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you stay home to protect the health of others.
