REGISTERING FOR AN EVENT
The skill level of players is determined by the data in the players' Pickleball Brackets profile. The priority for determining a player's skill level is their Canadian Tournament Player Rating (CTPR). If that is lacking then their Pickleball Brackets profile tournament rating, and if that is lacking their Pickleball Brackets self-rating.
This is a Pickleball Canada sanctioned tournament. All registrants MUST be a Pickleball Canada member in good standing to play in this tournament. Please ensure your Pickleball Canada Membership number and your skill level are up to date in your pickleballbrackets.com profile before registering for this tournament. If you are not a Pickleball Canada member, you can become a member at https://pickleballcanada.org/
Registration is online only at https://pickleballbrackets.com/. Online payment via Stripe. Please note: Stripe accepts credit card payments. When the maximum per event is reached based on fully registered/paid teams, others will be added to the waitlist.
Enter as a TEAM and make sure your partner registers and pays within 3 days of you registering. If a partner has not completed his/her registration within 3 days of the first partner registering, the team will be moved to the waitlist. When the identified partner registers, and pays, the team will be moved from the waitlist back to the active list ONLY if there is a slot available. Confirm with your partner BEFORE registration to avoid disappointment. If you do not have a partner you can click on “Players Needing a Partner” to possibly find one.
All players must complete their registration by June 24, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., to remain on the Active List. COMPLETE means, BOTH partners have agreed to the PCO waiver, and paid registration fees IN FULL.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to place players in the Skill Group based on their current UTPR/USAPA/PCO rating skill groups based on registration. The Tournament Committee has the right to make changes to the tournament, combine divisions, or change and alter the format depending on the number of registrations received.
