RATINGS:
If you do not have a DUPR rating or an official P4A club rating, please register for the tournament with a self rating then contact us at (847) 595-5911 or email info@pickleb4ll.com to schedule a rating during Open Play or during a Rating Evaluation Event. Dishonesty of rating will not be tolerated and will be subject to disqualification. 4.5+ Division - Individual DUPR <5.1.
DUPR is required. Must have a minimum reliability score of 50. If reliability is less than 50, official P4A rating may be used at the discretion of P4A rating committee.
DIVISIONS:
In the event a division do not fill by 01/02/2026, management may combine age divisions. Teams will be notified of combined division and have the right to cancel within 24 hours of notification.
WEATHER:
This event is RAIN, SNOW or SHINE. No matter the weather conditions, the tournament is held indoors at our climate controlled facility!
REFUNDS:
No refunds will processed after 01/02/2026.
EQUIPMENT:
Players must use USAP or UPA-A approved paddles. Selkirk Pro S1 is the official tournament ball and will be provided at each court.

3. Safety First
• Players must prioritize safety by using appropriate equipment and following all safety guidelines.
• Participants should be aware of their surroundings and ensure that the playing area is clear of obstacles and hazards.
4. Alcohol and Substance Use
• The use of alcohol and illegal substances is prohibited during the tournament. Participants must remain sober and focused on the game.
5. Respect for Facilities
• Participants should respect the club property. This includes cleaning up after themselves and disposing of trash properly.
• Any damage to club property will be the responsibility of the individual or team involved.
6. Communication and Conflict Resolution
• Any disputes or conflicts should be addressed calmly and respectfully. Players should seek assistance from tournament officials if necessary.
• Harassment or abusive behavior towards others will not be tolerated.
7. Compliance with Tournament Rules
• Participants must adhere to all tournament-specific rules and regulations. Failure to do so is subject to penalties, which may include potential disqualification.
8. Health Guidelines
• Participants are encouraged to follow any health and safety guidelines in place, including those related to public health concerns.
9. Acknowledgment
• By participating in this tournament, players agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and understand that violations may lead to consequences, including disqualification from the tournament.
