The 4th Annual Milan Pickleball Fest will be held October 10, 11, and 12.

Round robin format, using nine Pickleball courts with Gold/ Silver/ Bronze medals will be awarded.

Cost includes singles, women’s/men’s doubles and mixed doubles.

Early Registration =$45 ends September 5, 2025

Regular Registration =$55 ends October 3, 2025

Singles will be played on Friday.

Doubles will Be played on Saturday.

Mixed will be played on Sunday

Please note~ this tournament requires you to use your DUPR rating in order to register for events. If you do not have a DUPR, log in and create a self rating, please choose a rating that adequately represents your Pickleball skills/level. If your partner is rated lower, they must play up to your level. Please do not play down to their level. Sandbagging is highly discouraged.

Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and format as needed.

Milan Pickleball club reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Registration includes Food: sandwiches, chips, fruit, snacks, and bottled water will be served both Saturday and Sunday.

Early Registrations will include a 3 pk of core balls or free t-shirt.

Regular Registration includes a 3 pk of core balls.

Partner policy-you are responsible for obtaining partners. If your partner withdrawals for any reason, it is your responsibility to find a new partner. Refunds will not be given.

Specific start times will be published approximately one week before the tournament.

1. The deadline for withdrawing and requesting a refund is September 26, 2025. Please note, all expenses will be subtracted from registration cost. Pickleballbrackets service fee of $10 is nonrefundable.

All refunds will be paid approximately 2 weeks after the tournament has ended.

Expenses for this tournament are substantial and that puts us in the position of not being able to provide refunds after this deadline.

2. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT! There will be NO refunds, credits or make up days given due to weather. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches. No indoor back up plan for this tournament.
