TPC Tournament Refund Policy
All registrations for TPC events are subject to the following refund guidelines:
Full Refund (minus processing fees)
Players may receive a full refund, minus any payment processing fees, if they withdraw 7 or more days prior to the event start date.
Partial Refund (50%)
Withdrawals made 3–6 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the total registration and entry fees.
No Refunds
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 72 hours (3 days) of the event start time.
Additional Policies
Registration Fees are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
No-shows will not receive a refund under any circumstances.
If a division does not fill or is canceled by TPC, players will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
In the case of weather or unforeseen circumstances, TPC reserves the right to adjust formats. Refunds or credits will be issued at TPC’s discretion based on event completion.
Credits, if issued, must be used within 90 days unless otherwise stated.
Transfer Policy
Players may transfer their registration to another player or division up to 48 hours before the event, pending approval.
