How Much: $60 registration and includes your first event. Additional events are $15 per event. An additional online management fee charged by Pickleball.com is $5 per event.

Men's Doubles Skill Levels 3.0/3.5/4.0 -- Ages Up to 39 / 40+

Women's Doubles Skill Levels 3.0/3.5/4.0 - Ages Up to 39 / 40+

SUNDAY MARCH 22 - Start times to be published on March 18.

Men's Singles Skill Levels 3.5/4.0 -- Ages Up to 39 / 40+

Mixed Doubles Skill Levels 3.0/3.5/4.0 -- Ages Up to 39 / 40-59 / 60+

All players guaranteed a minimum of 6 games.

First 100 registered players receive a complimentary gift for their participation.

Medals awarded to top three finishers in each bracket.

Initial registration for Doubles limited to 8 teams per bracket to allow for 7 round robin games with top 4 advancing to single elimination playoffs. Singles limited to 7 players per bracket to allow for 6 round robin games with top 6 advancing to single elimination playoffs. Waitlisted teams to be added as permissible.

Brackets Initially offered by Dupr skill ratings/Age Groups:

All Doubles Round Robin matches scores to 15 win by 1.

All Doubles playoff matches scores to 15 win by 2.

All Singles Round Robin matches to 11 win by 1.

All Singles playoff matches to 11 win by 2.

DUPR REPORTING: All scores will be reported to Dupr. This includes merged brackets. Affected players will be advised of this change in advance of the event when start times are published.

Registration initially will be limited to 8 teams per bracket with an unlimited waiting list. Teams on waitlist will be added the week before the event as brackets are confirmed. The final bracket formats will be determined after registration closes and communicated to players by text in advance of the event.

* - Some brackets may be combined or cancelled due to limited registration. Players registered in cancelled brackets will be offered alternative brackets or refunded in full.

Start times are planned to be posted by March 18, 2026 Please, plan accordingly to keep your schedule free on the weekend of the tournament so you can attend events throughout both days.

Players should plan on arriving at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time. The event is not cancelled or delayed unless you receive text messaging and email notice. If you are unable to make your scheduled start time please notify us by text as soon as possible 443-683-1718.

Any delays to your start times will be reported to you by text and email as soon as possible.

PLAYER HOTLINE MESSAGING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK OR REPORT OUR HOTLINE NUMBER 443-683-1718 AS SPAM. You will receive all your vital event updates through out Player Hotline. When you register for our events, you agree PickleMeSilly will utilize your cell number provided at registration with our messaging service to enhance communication with registered players. You will receive your start date and times and other important event information from this messaging service before, during, and after your event. All communications between PickleMeSilly and its players is strictly confidential. Your number, messages, and other personal information is not shared with anyone at any time.

The Pickleballbrackets.com texting system will still be used to communicate to you your court assignments during the operation of your bracket.

PickleMeSilly pledges to maximize game flow and limit the wait between matches by never overselling and creating brackets allowing for the most playing time and least amount of delays between matches. While we do everything possible to avoid merging age brackets, sometimes it is necessary to prevent cancellation of events. We will never merge different skill brackets.

DUPR & Registration. Your Dupr rating is now the standard in determining your eligibility for registering for events in the tournament. PickleMeSilly reserves the right to alter or refuse any player's registration to ensure the integrity of fairness in the tournament is maintained. To register, all players are required to have a Pickleballtournaments.com and a connected Dupr.com account. All tournament results are automatically reported to DUPR. Any errors in the reporting of scores should be communicated to the event management at the event or to Events@PickleMeSilly.com

How DUPR Ratings Apply to Registration:

3.0 Brackets - Players with DUPR ratings 3.0 up to 3.49 can register.

3.5 Brackets - Players with DUPR ratings 3.5 up to 3.99 can register.

4.0 Brackets - Players with DUPR ratings 4.0 to 4.49 can register.

Waiver for Participation: By registering for the event, you are acknowledging you have completely read the electronic event waiver(s) provided for your review at check-out. Your registration is an electronic acceptance of the waiver and all of its conditions provided at check-out. Before participation in this event, it is your responsibility to understand, and accept, all the conditions of the waiver required for your participation. The waiver details the use of your information provided at registration for PickleMeSilly and Pickleballbrackets.com to directly communicate vital information regarding your participation. All communications are private and confidential, and your information is never shared to any other entity.

Upon written notification to the event management, you may decline all communication from PickleMeSilly and Pickleballbrackets.com at your own risk of missing important information related to your registration and playing times. To decline all communications from PickleMeSilly and or Pickleballbrackets.com, and receive a copy of the waiver, please email your request to: Events@Picklemesilly.com.

Onsite parking is available and free on a first come first serve basis. There is an overflow parking by following the directional signage. Please secure your vehicle as event management is not responsible for damages or loss of your vehicle and other property. If you require any special assistance with your arrival and parking, please contact us in advance of the event dates to make arrangements

Spectators are welcome to attend the event and cheer on their friends and family. There is standing room around the courts and some limited seating provided. We kindly ask for spectators to be positive and supportive to all players and other spectators. Spectators are asked to refrain from making or commenting on calls made by the participants. Chairs can be set up in designated areas around the court fences. There is also a lounge and restrooms with changing rooms Lockers available on first come first serve and please bring your own lock.

The hosting facility does not permit any non-service animal to enter the premise. If you have a service animal, please present the service animal documentation in advance of your arrival to Events@Picklemesilly.com and report to the registration desk upon your arrival for additional directions.

Referees/Monitors may be requested and provided if available.

Players are responsible for knowing what equipment is prohibited for play. The management reserves the right to refuse any player from participating found to be using a paddle not approved by USA Pickleball. Vending machine for drinks is provided. You are encouraged to bring your own pre-prepared food and drinks.

Children are welcome, and are to be supervised at all times by an adult to not interfere with game management or competition.

Alcohol is permitted in the facility by persons 21 and over. No alcohol consumption is permitted on the playing courts at any time. Players competing in the scheduled events may NOT consume alcohol at any time until they are eliminated from the tournament competition. No exceptions. Violators will be disqualified without warning and without refunds. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the facility at any time.

Please, no food or drinks are allowed inside the playing courts and walkway between the courts. No radios without headphones or noise makers are permitted. No soliciting, np advertising banners, and no signs are permitted in the venue without permission from the event management. The management reserves the right to refuse access to the event if, at the sole discretion of the management, any person's clothing or behavior is considered in violation of the PickleMeSilly code of conduct. DISCLAIMERS/OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is a private event. The event is hosted and managed by PickleMeSilly LLC & Dinksburg LLC of Finksburg, MD. Participation in the event requires a completed PickleMeSilly LLC and Dinksburg LLC registration and waiver. Permission for persons to enter and or remain at the facility, and its surrounding property, is the at the sole discretion of the event management and ownership of the venue. PickleMeSilly is committed to providing a fun, safe, and comfortable environment for our players, guests, and staff. Everyone is expected to adhere to all municipal laws and regulations, and exhibit the highest degree of sportsmanship and fair play at all times. If you plan on drinking alcohol, Uber and other shared ride services are strongly encouraged. The management reserves the right to dismiss any player, team, or spectator at any time, without warning, and without refund for violation of the Picklemesilly code of conduct published herein or otherwise assumed. Please secure your valuables at all times while on the venue property. The event management is not responsible for property lost and or stolen that is brought to the venue property. Refund Policy

WITHDRAWS AND REFUNDS: Before registering, PLEASE make sure you are available to play at any time during the scheduled event date(s). Refunds will not be issued for any scheduling conflicts. Start times for brackets are not determined until 72 hours before the start of the event. Refunds will not be issued because of conflicts in your schedule when the start times are announced. Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel you are unable to play in the event to help us fill your reservation with waiting players.

Monetary refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the event management. If you must withdraw before March 18, 2026, a partial CREDIT will be provided to you for a future PickleMeSilly event. Any monetary refunds are processed through Stripe payment system back to your original payment source, and can take up to 7 business days to process once approved. PickleMeSilly LLC reserves the right to offer a credit for a future PMS event in lieu of a cash refund to registered players who wish to withdraw from the event. No refunds of any kind will be granted to players who for any reason wish to withdraw, and who are no-show, and are late to the event on the day(s)of the event for any reason.

This is an indoor tournament, and will take place in the event of rain. Other conditions requiring the cancellation or postponement of the event will be communicated to attendees as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled, all registration fees will be refunded in full. Outdoor events will have scheduled make-up dates and players are expected to register knowing the original date and location may change. If the event is postponed and or location is changed from your initial contracted registration, players who cannot make the scheduled make-up dates, or locations, may request to withdraw for a refund under the same refund conditions outlined above.
