Presented by Pickleball is Life, LLC, this premier tournament is happening April 10-12, 2026 at the amazing 18 indoor court Dill Dinkers in Hatboro, PA! Whether you're a rising junior, weekend warrior, or elite-level baller, there’s a bracket for you. Join us for three action-packed days of fierce competition, community vibes, and non-stop pickleball fun!

<li>Round Robin Play: All brackets are run as Round Robin, followed by a single-elimination playoff for the top teams, ensuring every player gets 4 to 8 games (see full details below).</li>

<li>Dedicated Courts: We assign exclusive courts to each Round Robin bracket, so you won’t need to move between courts and can complete your bracket efficiently.</li>

<li>Fair Play: We carefully monitor all brackets to prevent sandbagging by reviewing players' DUPR and tournament histories (see details below).</li>

<li>Amazing Prizes: Winners will take home medals and exciting prizes from our sponsors, including paddles, pickleball bags, water bottles, gift certificates for pickleball gear and restaurants, and more!</li>

<li>Tournament Shirts: Players can choose from a variety of tournament shirt styles, including short sleeve, racerback, muscle shirt, long sleeve, or quarter-zip.</li>

<li>Live Streaming: We know you love to watch your matches! We live stream and record most courts on the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@PickleballisLife" target="_blank" style="color: #0000EE;">Pickleball is Life YouTube channel</a> and <a href="https://www.facebook.com/nickspblife" target="_blank" style="color: #0000EE;">Facebook Page</a>. Many of the matches will be available to watch after the tournament.</li>

<li>Player Hospitality: Enjoy complimentary snacks, fruit, and water in our well-stocked hospitality tent, available to all players.</li>

<li>Referees for Key Matches: Referees will be present for Pro and Senior Pro matches, as well as most amateur medal matches, ensuring a professional and fair competition.</li>

<li>Convenient Payment Options: We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and credit card payments for easy registration.</li>

<li>Food Options: A variety of food vendors will be available for players and spectators to enjoy.</li>

<li>Results Tracking: Tournament results will be immediately submitted to DUPR. Please join the <a href="https://dashboard.dupr.com/dashboard/browse/clubs/7723730438" target="_blank" style="color: #0000EE;">Pickleball is Life DUPR Club</a>. If a retirement occurs after play has begun, matches will be submitted to DUPR as completed results. The winning side will receive the full winning score (11 or 15), and the opponent will retain their points at the time of retirement. In multi-game matches, remaining unplayed games will be recorded as 11–0.</li>

<big>Sandbagging Policy - </big>Our goal is to make sure you are competing against players at the same skill level and age. All brackets will be checked for sandbaggers by checking the player's DUPR and tournament play history. If a player's DUPR rating with a high reliability rating is above a bracket's skill level and/or if the player has competed and won gold at that skill level in a large tournament, they will be required to compete at the next skill level. We have created a number of age levels and as long as we can get four teams/players in a specific skill level/age level we will allow that bracket to go forward and not combine brackets.

<big>Event Formats - </big>Our goal is to give players the most games possible. Brackets with 4 to 14 teams will be round robin with playoffs, giving teams that don't make the playoffs 4 to 6 games and teams that make the playoffs 6 to 8 games. Brackets with 15 or more teams will be play either round robin or double elimination.

Bracket Size - Bracket Formats: (for singles its players instead of teams)

4 teams - Double round robin, teams get 6 games to 11 win by 2. All 4 teams go to playoffs and get more games.

5 teams - Single round robin, teams get 4 games to 15 win by 2. Top 4 teams go to playoffs and get more games.

6 teams - Single round robin, teams get 5 games to 15 win by 2. Top 4 teams go to playoffs and get more games.

7 teams - Single round robin, teams get 6 games to 11 win by 2. Top 4 teams go to playoffs and get more games.

8 teams - Two pools of 4 teams, double round robin, teams get 6 games to 11 win by 2. Top 2 teams from each pool go to playoffs and get more games.

9 teams - Two pools of 4 and 5 teams, single round robin, teams get 3 or 4 games to 15 win by 2. Top 3 teams from each pool go to playoffs and get more games.

10 teams - Two pools of 5 teams. Teams get 4 games to 15 win by 2. Top 2 teams from each pool go to playoffs and get more games.

11 teams - Two pools of 5 and 6 teams. Teams get 4 or 5 games to 15 win by 2. Top 2 teams from each pool go to playoffs and get more games.

12 teams - Two pools of 6 teams. Teams get 5 games to 15 win by 2. Top 2 teams from each pool go to playoffs and get more games.

Round robins have a single elimination playoff round, format decided by the tournament director.

13 teams - Two pools of 6 and 7 teams. Teams get 5 or 6 games to 15 win by 2. Top 3 teams from each pool go to playoffs and get more games.

14 teams - Two pools of 7 teams. Teams get 6 games to 15 win by 2. Top 3 teams from each pool go to playoffs and get more games.

Round robins have a single elimination playoff round, format decided by the tournament director.

15 and higher teams will play either round robin or double elimination with the consolation draw able to win gold.

For brackets with 3 or less teams, the tournament director will need to combine brackets by age and/or skill level to make the bracket viable.

Discount Limitations & Program Details: You can only receive a discount from one of our discount programs. The discount only applies to the registration fees and the amateur event fees. For Open events the discount only applies to the $20 component, not the $40 prize money component of the Open Event fee. Discount does not apply to the pickleballbrackets software fee, tournament insurance, extra tournament shirt or extra fee for long sleeve or quarter zip or any Pickleball is Life gear for sale. Ambassador Program Details - we create a custom discount code for you (you can select the code, or we will create one) that you give out to your friends. This typically saves them about $5 on the registration since registration for 1 event is around $100. The software only allows discount codes to be a specific amount, so it is actually a $5 discount code. If they register for multiple events, we will refund them more money manually to honor the 5%. If you get at least 4 friends to register with that code, we will give you a $20 discount code to use, if you register for more than one event, we will refund you more money manually to honor the 20%. Please email us when you have 4 friends registered and we will refund you the money. Sorry it's a little confusing, we wish pickleballbrackets would create the ability to offer discount codes by percentage. The 5% discount code will be limited to 8 registrations. Only one person gets the 20% discount. Volunteer Discount Details - after the tournament and you have completed one or multiple 4-hour volunteer slots we will refund your 25% of your registration and event fees as described above for each volunteer slot you perform up to a maximum of 3 volunteer slots. Social Media Discount Details - you must post to Facebook or Instagram a statement that you are registered for the PA Open tournament on Apr 10-12 with link to this registration page at least one week before the start of the tournament. You must send us an email with a link to your post.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for registration and event fees minus the refund fees described below if canceled before the cancellation deadline of 3/10/26. Refund requests made after that date and before the start of the tournament will be granted minus a $25 processing fee to cover the purchase of shirts, medals, balls, etc. and minus the 3rd party service fees described below. There are no refunds after the tournament starts. Brackets may be combined by age and/or skill at the discretion of the tournament director and no refunds are available when this occurs, however the tournament director may offer a partial refund if there is no way to combine brackets minus the refund fees described below. REFUND FEES: ALL refunds will minus any PayPal/Venmo/CC processing fees and the PickleballBrackets Software Fee. The PickleballBrackets Software Fee is non-refundable as stated at checkout. Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible, but could occur after the conclusion of the tournament. This is an indoor event so most weather events will not affect the tournament, however there is no refund for an unforeseen circumstance (flood, power outage, etc.) and the tournament coordinators will do all they can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when an unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined. There are no alternate dates.

Prize Money

The Open and Senior Open (50+) brackets will use the additional $40 per player to fund the prize money. Payouts will be 60% going to Gold, 25% going to Silver and 15% going to Bronze. Total prize money depends on the number of players registering for each Open bracket. Assuming these number of Pro players/teams the payout would be:

20 Singles Players - Total $800, 1st $480, 2nd $200, 3rd $120 (per player)

20 Doubles Teams - Total $1600, 1st $960, 2nd $400, 3rd $240 (per team)
