Who is ready for Rome Floyd Chamber’s first-ever Pickleball Night? That's right! Join us for fun competition at the Downtown Rome courts for the 1st Annual Dink Master Pickleball Tournament presented by AdventHealth Redmond supporting the Rome Floyd Chamber of Commerce. Event is TUESDAY, November 4th, 2025 at 3pm– what a great way to spend a Tuesday afternoon!! Teams will also be provided with refreshments, drinks, music, and a fun-filled day of pickleball excitement! You can play Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles OR a fun relaxed Round Robin (no partner needed for round robin event).

The registration cost is $50. All events are played concurrent so only one event can be played.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original bracket a player signed up for. Tournament management also reserves the right to convert brackets to double elimination if necessary.

Skills levels include 2.5,3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+.

Age groups are 15+, 35+, 50+, 60+, 70+

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.

- DUPR ratings will be used.

- Tournament Director reserves the right to move a player to a higher/lower level at their discretion

You may register and identify your partner or request ""Need partner"". Your partner must register within five days of your registration or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

Players must register at their current DUPR Rating level. Players without a DUPR rating may self-rate. Tournament director reserves the right to move players up or down based on their DUPR ratings, knowledge of players, or any other factors they deem relevant.

Withdraw deadline is October 15th at midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on October 15th or any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After April 28 there are no refunds for any reason unless a player has purchased weather and injury tournament insurance. This is an outdoor tournament. Weather and Tournament Insurance covers a player if the tournament is canceled due to weather or if a player or a player's partner must withdraw due to injury. Documentation might be required. Additionally, player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.
