This is a DUPR-sanctioned tournament. All players must have a DUPR account (one per player) and be part of the Life Time Canton Township DUPR Club.

Players are limited to one event per day.

Brackets will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

- As waitlists develop, we will adjust bracket sizes to meet demand.

- Therefore, bracket maximums may change from the opening of registration to the day of play.

🏅 Tournament Format & DUPR-Based Registration

Division Assignment

Register using your current DUPR rating (singles or doubles). Players without DUPR must create/link one during sign-up.

Format of Play

All brackets start with round-robin (max 7 teams/bracket).

No medal rounds. Winners decided by:

-Match wins

-Point differential (head-to-head)

-Point differential (overall pool)

-Point differential (vs. next highest ranked team)

✨ Open Division Format

-Round-robin play (max 7 players/teams per bracket).

-Each player/team guaranteed at least 6 matches to 11, win by 2.

-Top 4 advance to playoffs.

-Playoff/medal matches to 15, win by 2.

✒️ PLAYER REGISTRATION RULES – READ CAREFULLY!

💳 Payment Policy – No Exceptions!

All players must pay at the time of registration. If payment isn’t completed, you are not considered registered.

✅ What Does It Mean to Be Registered?

-Singles: You’ve signed up and paid your tournament fees.

-Doubles: Both partners have signed up and paid their tournament fees.

⚠️ If your doubles partner has not registered/paid, you or your team may be moved to the waitlist.

📌 Event & Bracket Rules

-Players may only compete in one event per day.

-Brackets are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

If brackets fill up, a waitlist will be created.

-Bracket maximums may be adjusted as needed from registration opening until the day of play to meet demand.

🚨 Partner Replacement Policy (After Registration Closes)

-If you lose your doubles partner after registration closes, you must replace them with a player who is already registered for the tournament.

-The replacement must be in the same skill/age group you’re scheduled to play.

-Players may play down in age or up in skill if needed.

-All replacements must be confirmed with the registration coordinator (see Contact Page) by 4:00 PM the day before you are scheduled to play.

💰 Payment for Replacement Players

-If registration is already closed, the withdrawing player will not be refunded their registration fee.

-All players (including replacements) must pay the registration fee.

-The event fee must be reimbursed by the replacement player to the withdrawing player.

🔥 CANCELLATION DEADLINE – November 24, 2025 🔥

Want flexibility? Here’s what you need to know:

-Withdraw before November 24, 2025 and get a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.

-If you’re on the waitlist, you won’t be charged until you’re officially moved into the event. Didn’t make it off the waitlist? No worries — a full refund will be issued at the end of the tournament, and the cancellation fee does not apply.

⚠️ Please note: The PT Software Fee is non-refundable as stated at checkout.

💸 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the tournament wraps up.
