Monday 3/8 — Men’s Doubles & Women’s Singles
This tournament is <B> NOT a QUALIFIER</B> for the National Senior Games.
Skill levels are as follows 3.0 (this includes 3.499 and below), 3.5 (include 3.999 and below), 4.0 and above (4.000 - 4.999) But, you may choose a higher skill level if you want.
Athletes will compete in 5 year age groups (50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+).
EVENTS: Singles, Doubles, & Mixed Doubles
***THIS WILL BE A NON-SANCTIONED EVENT AND WILL NOT REQUIRE YOU TO BE A MEMBER OF USAP*** <B>You do need to have a DUPR ID in your pickleball.com profile in order to register.</B>
COST: FEES EXPLAINED
$25 MSO Membership Fee Required to participate - The membership fee for the Michigan Senior Olympics covers both the Winter & Summer Games in 2027. As a non-profit organization the Membership Fee is what helps to keep our programs up and running.
$45 Registration Fee plus $10 per event. - All athletes will receive a t-shirt and welcome bag
$5 + 7.99% Pickleball Tournaments Service fee - This fee is charged by pickleballbrackets (not MSO). The processing fees all go directly to pickleballbrackets.com.
DUPRs at the time of registration will be used. If your DUPR is incorrect, it is your responsibility to work with DUPR to sort it out and let us know by the close registration. II your DUPR drops and you want to move to a lower skill bracket you must do that <B>before registration closes </B>. ?????NOTE: there are limits on bracket size which might hinder changes you request.
