Ellie's and the JBHF are merging to create a tourney for the ages! Last year Ellie's was the largest Pickleball tournament in Mount Juliet's history. We're going to break our own record this year. There will be music, paddle giveaways, prizes, mini-games, and more. All proceeds go toward the JBHF and Charis Health Center.

The JBHF Winter Classic and Ellie’s Pickle Tournament are teaming up for a special fundraising event bringing together pickleball enthusiasts for a great cause! This collaboration will raise funds for Charis Healthcare and the Joe Beretta Heart Foundation, both organizations committed to supporting patients and families facing medical challenges. Charis Healthcare provides compassionate, accessible, affordable & quality healthcare services, to those without insurance. The Joe Beretta Heart Foundation focuses on providing emergency housing, emotional support and stability in crisis for Advanced heart failure patience, care givers and families. Both nonprofits, are based in Wilson County, TN.

- Format: Double Elimination. If Event has less than 5 teams, round robin format will be considered

- Dates:

Friday Afternoon, November 29th: Mixed Doubles starting at approx 1:00 P.M.

Saturday, November 30th- Mens and Womens Doubles- Start time approx 7:00 A.M.

Location: Farm Bureau Expo Center, Lebanon, TN

- Courts: 14

- Amount of Fun: A bazilllion funs

- Tournament directors reserve the right to change format as needed.

- Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players shortly after registration closes.

- Registration closes on Nov 6th, OR once we hit 250 registrations

- You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". Selecting that you "need a partner” allows other players to see that you are available to play in the tournament. We do our best to introduce players that need partners, but this selection does not mean that the tournament will find a partner for you. It is still your responsibility to find a partner.

- Register based on you true skill level please. If you're a 4.0, you know you're a 4.0. Don't sandbag

- Withdrawal deadline is November 21st, 2024. No refunds for any reason after that date.

In the event of inclement weather, the tournament will be rescheduled. If you cannot attend the new date, we'll handle refunds on a case by case basis.
