Welcome to the inaugural Hi Sports Open pickleball tournament!
We are excited to welcome you to our brand NEW 6 indoor pickleball courts held at the Durham Sportsplex located in Oshawa. We're partnered here with the great Alex Stojkov to bring you a great pickleball experience here at this new facility.
This tournament will be broken down into skill levels 18+ 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, PRO/OPEN. Tournament directors reserve the rights to combine brackets & change format based on registration numbers. The registration fee will be $50, $15 Per Event/$50 Per OPEN Event. Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full.
First 100 PAID registrants will be EITHER getting a pair of the famous OS1st PICKLEBALL socks, or Selkirk Pickleball hat! So what are you waiting for? Get signed up and paid TODAY!

Saturday October 22 2022 - Mixed Doubles
Sunday October 23 2022 - Men's Doubles
This event will follow IFP rules with all medal matches refereed. We are OFFICIALLY approved by Pickleball Canada to be run as a sanctioned event.
Starting time for each day will be 8AM. Depending on how many participants we have registered, the time can change for each day.
Tournament Format:
The 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 categories will be pool round robins and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners. Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. (Games played to 15, Bronze medal match played to 15, Gold medal round best 2 out of 3 to 11)
PRO/OPEN Division will be determine later on rather it will be a round robin or double elimination format.
