The higher DUPR between a pair should serve as a benchmark for determining the appropriate division in which a team competes. Players may play up in skill level and should avoid playing down.
Tournament Director reserves the right to verify DUPR ratings and use a player’s performance history from past tournaments or events to adjust or withdraw a player’s registration. Teams suspected of sandbagging, including those with low DUPR reliability scores or No Rating, may be subject to penalties, including forfeiture of prize money, forfeiture of DUPR matches, and suspension from Life Time.
Format:
Pool Play: 3 Pools of 4 Teams Each (1 Game to 11 by 2),
Bracket: All 12 teams will be seeded in Single Elimination Bracket based on pool play results (1 Game to 11 by 2).
Tie Breaker: See USAP Rule 15.B.4
Gold Medal: 2/3 to 11 by 2
Bronze Medal: 1 to 15 by 2
