Tournament Description

Olathe Moneyball brings high-energy tournament play to the club with cash payouts in every division and some of the biggest payouts around.

Open to both APC members and non-members, each division is based on Team Combined DUPR to help keep matches competitive.

DUPR ADJUSTMENT FOR WOMEN

For each woman on a team, the team may exceed the listed combined DUPR maximum by 0.2.

Example:

A mixed team entering the 8.0 division may have a maximum combined DUPR of 8.2.

A women's team entering the 8.0 division may have a maximum combined DUPR of 8.4.

Registration remains open through the day of the tournament, but spots are limited and expected to fill quickly.

Additional Information

PLAYER RATING & COMPETITION POLICY

All players must have an active DUPR rating to participate. Eligibility will be based on the player’s DUPR at the time of registration.

APC reserves the right to review player ratings, DUPR reliability, recent match results, tournament history, and other relevant competitive results when determining appropriate division placement.

If a player or team appears to be intentionally competing below their demonstrated skill level, APC may move the team to a more appropriate division or remove the team from the event.

Players with limited DUPR history, a low reliability score, or insufficient rating data may be asked to provide additional playing history before their registration is approved.

Attempts to manipulate ratings or intentionally enter below a player’s demonstrated level may result in removal from the tournament and/or loss of eligibility for prize payouts.

Tournament divisions, match formats, start times, and schedules may be adjusted based on registration numbers and tournament needs.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for withdrawals made at least 7 days before the event.

Prize Money

CASH PRIZE PAYOUTS

Each division features a total cash prize pool awarded to the top three finishing teams.

1st Place — $1,000 per team

2nd Place — $500 per team

3rd Place — $200 per team

Full advertised payouts are based on a minimum of 12 teams registered in the division. Prize amounts may be adjusted if a division does not meet the minimum participation requirement.

Payout amounts listed are per team, not per player.

MEMBERSHIP CREDIT OPTION

Prize winners may choose to receive their winnings as an APC membership credit equal to the face value of their prize, plus one additional month of membership at no charge, instead of taking the cash payout.

For current APC members, the credit will be applied toward their existing membership at their current membership rate.

For non-members, the credit will be applied toward an APC Unlimited Membership at the current monthly rate, with one additional month included free.
