Get ready for history in the making at Peak Pickleball, the largest indoor pickleball facility in the nation, as we host the Golden Ring Championship — featuring the largest purse ever awarded at an indoor amateur tournament.
Tournament Overview
- Dates: Thursday, January 8 – Sunday, January 11, 2026
- Location: Peak Pickleball – Colorado Springs, CO (24 courts available for play)
- Format: DUPR-sanctioned | All scores entered | Round-robin style with up to 9 entries per division (players/teams) | Matches typically last 20 minutes each | Play runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily (or later if needed to complete schedule)
- Capacity: Up to 648 total players (assuming full divisions with no overlaps; players may enter multiple events)
- Transparency Note: We're committed to full transparency — all divisions require at least 9 entries to qualify for full prize payouts. Division's that are not full are not eligible for prize money. Divisions
- Open Divisions (5 Events): Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles (pro-level, no age or skill restrictions)
- Amateur Divisions (40 Events): By DUPR rating (2.5–3.0, 3.0–3.5, 3.5–4.0, 4.0–4.5) across 2 age groups (Under 55 and 55+), with 5 categories per skill level: Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles
Prize Money & Awards
Total Prize Pool: $30,600
Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in every division (if full).
- Amateur Divisions (Lower – 40 Events):
- Singles (16 Events): 1st: $100 + Golden Championship Ring | 2nd: $50 + Silver Medal | 3rd: $25 + Bronze Medal
- Doubles (24 Events): 1st Team: $200 split ($100 each) + Golden Championship Rings | 2nd Team: $100 split ($50 each) + Silver Medals | 3rd Team: $50 split ($25 each) + Bronze Medals
- Amateur Subtotal: $11,200 (192 individual payouts)
- Open Divisions (5 Events):
- Singles (2 Events): 1st: $1,000 + Golden Championship Ring | 2nd: $500 + Silver Medal | 3rd: $100 + Bronze Medal
- Doubles (3 Events): 1st Team: $4,000 split ($2,000 each) + Golden Championship Rings | 2nd Team: $1,000 split ($500 each) + Silver Medals | 3rd Team: $400 split ($200 each) + Bronze Medals
- Open Subtotal: $19,400 (24 individual payouts)
Entry Fees
Players pay a one-time registration fee plus per event entered (up to 3 events max per player for scheduling). Early Bird discounts applied via code (expires Dec. 15, 2025)—save $100 if entering 2 events (or up to $150 for 3). No refunds after Dec. 20, 2025.
