This is a TWO DAY tournament in Hershey, PA

Gender doubles, mixed doubles and singles events with skill brackets including: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and Moneyball Open event. Brackets will be broken into the following age groups as long as there are at least 4 teams to play the bracket: 19+, 35+, 50+, 60+. We do not offer Jrs brackets. Please contact amecameron@hotmail.com to register for a 19+ event if you are 18 or under. Please note a parent or guardian must sign Jr. player waiver.

Games will be played on 16 indoor courts with temp nets, playing with a ball to be provided by sponsor. Both partners must be paid in full with signed waivers for registration to be considered complete and to ensure your spot in the bracket. Schedules will be posted a few days in advance and brackets will be available on the day of play.

Primary format will be double elimination. Games will be played best 2 out of 3, to 11, win by 2. Consolation bracket will play one game to 15, win by 2. Brackets of 5 teams or less will play Round Robin, best 2 out of 3 to 11, win by 2.

Singles brackets will play all games to 15, win by 2.

In the event that a bracket does not have sufficient teams the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine brackets.

All USAPA 2025 rules apply. Results will be automatically uploaded to DUPR.

Tournament ball provided by sponsor. Team age brackets are determined by the age of the youngest partner. Age as of December 31, 2025.

Note: Older players may play down, but not up in age groups

Team skill level will be determined by the highest skill level

Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format, adjust the age brackets, and cancel the event based on participation

Medals will be awarded for the top three teams in each bracket regardless if combined

Check in starts at 7:30AM for those with 8AM bracket starts. Players scheduled after 8:00AM will need to be checked in at least 30 minutes prior to their bracket start and will be allowed a 3 minute warm up. All players will need to attend a mandatory player meeting.

No refunds for any reason after July 1, 2025. For withdrawals before that, only the registration/event fee will be refunded. The Service Fee charged by Pickleball Brackets ($5 per event, $10 maximum) will be retained by the tournament. Player fees are non transferable as each player must register independently.

Prize money for 3 Moneyball events: $3,000 total payout (as long as there are at least 5 teams per bracket). $500 1st place; $300 2nd place; $200 3rd place.
