Join us October 4th & 5th for the Leaf Peeping Pickleball Tournament at White Mountain Pickleball Club—an exciting weekend of competition during one of New Hampshire’s most stunning seasons. Whether you’re chasing medals or just soaking up the foliage between matches, this is fall pickleball at its finest!

Tournament Details:

📆 Dates: Saturday, October 4th (Gender Doubles) & Sunday, October 5th (Mixed Doubles)

📍 Location: White Mountain Pickleball Club – Lincoln, NH

💰 Entry Fee:

$60 per division for Members (use member code at checkout)

$75 per division for Non-Members (Early Bird: $70)

$20 for each additional event

Divisions:

🏆 Saturday: Men’s Doubles & Women’s Doubles

🏆 Sunday: Mixed Doubles

🏆 Sunday: Open Division (Cash $$$)

3.0–3.5

3.5–3.99

NOTE: Winners of Women's, Mens and Mixed 4.0+ divisions will receive an automatic bid to the Open Doubles Cash Division

Tournament Format:

- Events with 8+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools, with the top teams advancing to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

- Events with 7 or fewer Teams: A Round Robin format will be used, with the top teams advancing to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

Skill Level Ratings:

- Players with a DUPR or USAPA UTPR rating must use that rating.

- Players without an official rating may self-rate within reason.

- The tournament reserves the right to adjust player placement to ensure fair competition.

Registering as a Team:

- To guarantee a spot in mixed doubles or doubles, both partners must register within 3 days of the first partner’s registration.

- Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after 3 days. If the second partner registers later, they will be moved back into the event if spots are still available.

- 4 Indoor Pickleball Courts

- Dominator Pro Max Nets

- Franklin X-40 Balls (Official tournament ball)

- Spectators Welcome – designated viewing areas available

Refunds:

- Players who withdraw from the tournament by September 10th, will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee.

- No Refunds After September 10th: After this date, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including injury, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.

Player Replacements/Substitutions:

- A registered player may transfer their entry to a replacement/substitute of similar skill level up until the morning of the event.

- The original player is responsible for arranging payment with their replacement—WMPC will not facilitate transfers of entry fees.

- Tournament organizers must approve all substitutions to ensure fair competition.

Refunds will be processed after the tournament concludes and may take several weeks to complete.

OPEN Doubles Cash Prize Division - a cash prize OPEN division available. This division will accept players of any skill level and any age with cash prizes available for each team to medal up to the following increments (**sold out division - with 14 teams**):

Gold - $500

Silver - $300

Bronze - $200

Payouts represent Gold - 50%, Silver - 30%, Bronze 20%
