Doubles - M3.0, M4.0, M4.0 50+, M5.0+, M4.5 50+, W3.0/3.5, W3.0/3.5 50+, W4.0, W4.0 50+
- SUNDAY - Sunday December 11th:
Singles - 3.0/3.5, Singles 4.0,
Doubles - M3.5, M3.5 (50+), Mx 4.0, Mx 4.0 50+, MX 4.5, MX 4.5 (50+), MX 5.0+, MX 3.0/3.5, MX 3.0/3.5 50+
▶ FORMAT:
- 3 Sets Guaranteed
- All brackets will offer a Best 2 out of 3 sets games to 11 win by 1. Round robin format will take place for draws 6 teams or less.
- Original Age and Skill Divisions may be combined based on registration levels:
Round Robin Play Medalists
- Greatest number of matches won
- Head-to-head matches won among the tied players/teams (if applicable)
- Least amount of points lost in all your matches.
▶ CONFIRMED REGISTRATION:
Doubles Registration Statuses:
1. REGISTERED (In "MAIN" Section of Player List):
- To be fully Registered and Confirmed for a team event, both players must have completed registration and paid for the event (Entry Fee & Division Fee).
2. PENDING (In "WAITLIST" Section of Player List):
- If a player (Pre-existing UTR Account = Invited, New UTR Account = Pending) has been invited to join a registered player as a teammate, the team is NOT fully Registered and Confirmed until both players have completed registration. Teams will not be included in the tournament draw if registration is not fully completed.
▶ EVENT REGISTRATION CHANGES & WITHDRAWS:
- If you need to make a change to your Registration Status in any Event (Change Events, Add Partner or Withdraw Completely), please use the EDIT REGISTRATION button on the Event Page.
Please include the following information:
- Full Name
- Tournament Name (ie. Denver, CO - USA Paddle Tap Pickleball @ Country Club of Coral Springs
- Event Name (Attempting to Register for OR already Registered for) (ie. Women's Singles UTR-P 5.0: 65+)
- Partner Full Name (if Applicable)
▶ SKILL LEVELS:
- Skill levels offered are UTR-P 3.0 to UTR-P 5.0+
▶ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Based on resource restraints (courts, time, officials, etc), the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine a bracket if needed. These decisions are made to help provide the best player experience possible.
▶ CANCELLATION DEADLINE:
- January 5th, 2026
- If you withdraw before the CANCELLATION DEADLINE above, you will be issued a full refund.
- No refunds or credits for any reason after (January 5th, 2026).
▶ REGISTRATION FEES:
- Entry Fee (per player): $75 per player, per division/$110 for Moneyball divisions
- $80 of the $110 of each Moneyball registration will be placed into the prize pool. Payouts will be determined by total number of entries.
10 entries or more: Payouts will be for
1st - 50% , 2nd - 30%, 3rd - 20%
Entries less than 10 teams will only pay out for 1st & 2nd place. Entries for 6 teams of less will only pay out for 1st place.
