Round Robin Divisions format

- 1-2 teams will combine with adjacent bracket

- 4 – 7 teams will play in a round robin format.

- 8+ teams will play in pool play round robin format

- Top teams (amount depends on # of teams) will move to Single Elimination Playoffs

**Divisions then be seeded based on win-loss ratio, h2h, & differentials

Single Elimination playoffs

- Gold/Silver: Best of 3 to 11 points win by 2

- Bronze: 1 game to 15, win by 2

Friday: Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles

Saturday: Women’s Doubles, Men’s Singles

Sunday: Mixed Doubles

Early Registration ($50 + $20/event) – Deadline July 23rd

Standard Registration ($60 + $20/event) – Deadline August 20th

Late Registration ($70 + $20/event) – Deadline September 5th

GENERAL DRAW INFORMATION:

Open to members and non-members both. Waitlisted players will be given top priority to be added to the tournament. You will automatically be moved to the waitlist if your partner is not registered within 5 days.

Brackets will be determined at the discretion of the Tournament Directors. The director reserves the right to modify or change any scheduling, etc at any time up to the start of the bracket.

If an event is split into two pools, the top 2-3 teams from each pool will be entered into the playoff rounds.

RATINGS:

Players can self rate using USAP, DUPR, or UTR when signing up for the tournament. Players cannot play lower than their rating. Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

LEGAL:

By signing up or attending as a spectator for this or any Jumbo's event, you agree to all Jumbo's Pickleball terms and conditions. You also waive your rights per our standard waiver which includes a waiver of liability.

WITHDRAWAL/REFUND:

Last Day to withdraw is September 4, 2025 10:00 AM (PST)

$10 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals
