Enter as a team and make sure your partner registers within seven (7) days of you registering or you will automatically be put on the wait list.
Priority will be given to full teams. If you are on the wait list, and your partner registers, you will be added to the event provided there is space.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER
1. All registrants must have a valid Pickleball Canada Membership to play in this tournament. Please ensure your Pickleball Canada Membership number and your skill level are up to date in your pickleballbrackets.com profile before registering for this tournament. If you are not a Pickleball Canada member, you can become a member at https://pickleballcanada.org/

2. In order to register for this tournament you must have a Pickleball Brackets Account.
There is no charge for a Pickleball Brackets account.
** INCLEMENT WEATHER OR NATURAL DISASTER POLICY **
This is an outdoor tournament. If there is inclement weather, or natural disasters out of our control, such as smoke from wild fires, all will be done to play matches.
But there will be NO refunds or credits due to inclement weather, smoke from wild fires, or wild fires.
**Cancellation is a possibility due to inclement weather, health concerns (COVID) or other unforeseen circumstances, such as smoke from wild fires, during the tournament. **
If this occurs, the tournament director reserves the right to revise schedules to allow for evening play.
Or to cancel the event entirely.
We do not offer registration and/or weather insurance.

Note:
One member of the partnership must qualify for the skill level in which you wish to register.
If a partner becomes injured prior to the start of the tournament, but after registration has closed, the tournament director must be contacted at tmbennet@hotmail.com to request a change in partner.
There are no restrictions on who is chosen as a replacement partner. Replacement players must be able to play in the same skill/age group as the injured player. The replacement player must sign the waiver and submit payment in order to be fully registered. Consideration and approval for any request for the replacement of a player after registration closes will be at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Should the Tournament Director approve the change of partner, a tournament desk team member will need to edit the registration.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
Players are encouraged to bring:
your own portable chairs.
a hat or umbrella for personal shade.
lunch or snacks. However there will be limited food options at the tournament.

A limited quantity of 'Kootenay Pickleball Classic' T-Shirts will be available for purchase.
Please indicate if you would like to purchase a T-Shirt and what size you would like.
T-Shirt are only available until Registration close.
** Make sure, when ordering your t-shirts or tank tops, that you select the shirt you want AND the number of shirts you want. After you select that you would like a shirt, you must indicate on the right side, how many you would like to order. **
