# LIFE TIME MONEYBALL OPEN — ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
### PARTNER REGISTRATION
All doubles teams must have two fully registered and paid players to secure their spot.
Both partners must complete registration within 72 hours of the initial registration. Incomplete teams may be moved to the waitlist.
Players without partners may register as "Needing Partner," but will not be counted toward division capacity or prize payout thresholds until both players have completed registration.
### SATURDAY, JANUARY 9 — GENDER DOUBLES
- Men's Doubles: 7.0, 8.0 and Open
- Women's Doubles: 7.0, 8.0 and Open
- Competition begins as early as 8:00 AM.
### SUNDAY, JANUARY 10 — MIXED DOUBLES
- Mixed Doubles: 7.0, 8.0 and Open
- Competition begins as early as 8:00 AM.
Players may register for one event per day.
### COMBINED DUPR ELIGIBILITY
All divisions will use the combined DUPR ratings of both partners.
**7.0 Divisions**
- Maximum combined DUPR: **7.10**
**8.0 Divisions**
- Maximum combined DUPR: **8.10**
**Open Divisions**
- Minimum combined DUPR: **8.00**
- No maximum combined rating.
A +0.10 combined DUPR allowance is included in the 7.0 and 8.0 division caps to provide flexibility when selecting partners.
**Important Rating Rules:**
- Ratings will not be rounded.
- Combined ratings are calculated by adding both partners' individual DUPR ratings.
- Teams must meet their selected division's eligibility requirements.
- All ratings are subject to Tournament Director verification before competition.
- Tournament management reserves the right to move or disqualify teams that do not meet published eligibility requirements.
### MATCH FORMAT
All teams are guaranteed a minimum of **three Round Robin games**.
**Round Robin**
- One game to 15, win by 2.
**Opening Playoff Rounds and Quarterfinals**
- One game to 15, win by 2.
**Semifinals and Medal Matches**
- Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
The number of teams advancing to the Single Elimination championship bracket will be determined by final division registration.
### NONMEMBER TOURNAMENT ACCESS
Life Time membership is not required to participate.
Nonmembers are subject to a one-time **$50 Tournament Access Fee**, valid for both January 9 and January 10, regardless of whether they participate in gender doubles, mixed doubles, or both.
### CASH PRIZES
Cash prizes will be awarded per team and determined by the number of fully registered and paid teams in each division.
Open divisions are eligible for first-place payouts up to **$3,000** when published participation thresholds are met.
Final prize amounts will be announced before competition begins.
### TOURNAMENT OPERATIONS
Final start times, pool assignments, and court assignments will be communicated before tournament play.
Tournament management reserves the right to adjust schedules, pool configurations, and court allocations based on registration, withdrawals, weather, and operational needs.
